Duplicate to Your Workspace Before we edit anything, we need to move the template into your Notion account. Open the link you received in your email. Look at the top-right corner of the screen. Click the Duplicate button (as shown in the GIF below).
Light Mode vs. Dark Mode This planner looks aesthetic in both, but for the full "Neon Pink" experience, we recommend Dark Mode. Shortcut: Press Cmd + Shift + L (Mac) or Ctrl + Shift + L (Windows). Step 3: Configuring the "Dopamine Menu" 🧠 This is the secret weapon for ADHD paralysis. We need to link your "Rewards" database to your "Tasks". Open the Databases page. Find the property named "Reward Relation". Click "Edit Property" and select your current task list. Now, every time you finish 3 tasks, a "Treat" will unlock automatically!
